so i guess things change ♥
Looking around, I notice alot of the personal/graphic sites that I used to love, have faded into obscurity. They seem to have died, or evolved, into a new breed of site. The myspace layout site.
It's kind of sad to see in a way. Myspace layout sites do not have any personal blogs, or personal information about the owner, and there is SO many of them. I think it is nice to have information about the owner, and a blog, even if it is just daily ramblings. It gives a site character, and allows visitors to get to know the owner, and perhaps relate with them.
I find it very hard to understand, why so many people would want to own such a site. When you go to a myspace layout site, you click around untill you find a pretty layout, copy the code, and then leave. Surley people would find it more rewarding to have a blog, where people can leave comments etc. I would definatly be more happy with a blog that brings in 2 or 3 visitors, than a very non-interactive site that brings in 100's.
